What is Sound Therapy?
Sound therapy is a form of energy work that uses vibrations and sound waves to restore the body's natural balance. Tibetan singing bowls, traditionally made from a blend of 7 metals, produce harmonic tones and vibrations that penetrate the body at a cellular level. These are not just audible tones—they are resonant frequencies that align with our nervous system, the water in our body, and our energy field (aura).
How Do Tibetan Singing Bowls Work?
Each bowl has a unique frequency and sound pattern that acts like a key to specific areas of the body and psyche. During a session, the bowls are gently struck or played in circular motion with a mallet. Their sound:

- stimulates natural self-regulation and regeneration
